He has managed all operations for clients in multiple work comp jurisdictions and oversaw usual and customary charge reviews and claims processing, demonstrating his ability to handle complex client portfolios and deliver exceptional service. Zach’s career is further distinguished by his service in the United States Army, where he served in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.
